Two years ago today was the most perfect day EVER. I sealed the deal with Neil. (Oohh! that rhymed…) Everything about our wedding was wonderful. For this commemorative post, I want to share with you the song I wrote for Neil. His friend, Mike Quinn, turned my lyrics into a wonderful acoustic ditty. The best version ever of course was the live one on the actual day during the ceremony. But I am so thankful I have a recording of it to play again and again. (And for those of you who don’t know, Neil is an amazing drummer…which is important in the lyrics… haha)
