This past weekend, I was the second shooter for a wedding in Pierce City, Mo. The main photographer, Harrison Sweazea, and I drove four hours southwest of Mid-Mo…got there around noon.
Pierce City is a quaint town, and would probably be even more quaint had it not been for the devastating F3 tornado that damaged or destroyed many of the town’s buildings in May 2003.
The church, St. Mary’s, was so beautiful.
Here are some images from the first part of the day.
The flower girl was so adorable. She wanted to be everywhere and help everyone.
She assigned herself the duty of putting on the bride’s shoes. She wasn’t really able to do it…but she waited patiently anyway…
Here are some shots from the first moments Missy and Gary saw each other…
Missy and Gary have been together for five years. You can tell they are best friends. They were so comfortable with one another. Both had fun, sarcastic senses of humor….
A stolen moment. I swear..no one else was watching. SO CUTE!
