Lindsay & Parker Engagement Session: Loving nature and each other

I didn’t get to meet with Lindsay & Parker before they booked me. But through several e-mails, I caught on fast that Lindsay is super sweet and personable.
and if someone who is super sweet and personable is getting married, it’s fair to assume the fiance will be similar in demeanor, right? Right. 🙂 Parker did not disappoint…at all. A gentleman. Tender. And adored Lindsay. (Good catch!)

For the start of the shoot, we headed to Rockbridge State Park at Devil’s Ice Box. Ashley Clarke assisted me…she caught the image on the left. 🙂

Lindsay and Parker were at ease with one another and the camera. and their body language was disgustingly perfect. 🙂

5

Ashley captured such a darling moment (on the left) as we were headed out of the park and took a break on a bench.

A fave!

CHECK OUT her eyes!!! seriously. Sooo pretty!

The night Parker proposed, they stopped first to get ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery. I still have never eaten there. I hear it’s yummalicious. And gets the mouth ready for a heart-felt “yes!”…

Next we went to Peace Park. Lindsay and Parker sat on the very bench where they were when Parker proposed. Darling. (Another great shot by Ashley! Followed by yet another!)

A fun moment in the leaves.

And this is where she was when she caught it.

On the bridge of love… (sorry. lame i know…)

And sneaky lil’ Ashley found a hole in the bridge that she put to use. My fave shot of hers that day!

So a new restaurant in town…the Tin something or other (I completely have blanked!) has a kick-butt wall that looks like grey fish scales. I ate it up.

13

And to be fair…Ashley caught me eating the concrete, too. haha

We went then down a main street in the “district”… they wanted to be by Booches…delectable burgers. Thought the stuff in the window was too good to pass up. And since we were near quitting time, they were tuckered out.

Two more…..how cute are they seriously!!??? This is another of my fave of Ashley’s…

and another fave of my own. 🙂
