Here in Columbia, Missouri, it’s been a long winter. As it has been in many places in this country. I HATE winter. I’m not inspired. I hate shivering. It’s dangerous driving when it snows. And cold toilet seats are the worst. 🙂
I knew this weekend would be more spring-like…so late last week, I did two things that I knew would pep me up in preparation.
I bought some pretty tulips. And I made chocolate chip cookies. Don’t they both look delicious? (it twas a bit dark…and didn’t want to use flash…so they are a tad grainy. 🙂 )
I’m going to have to remember this when it snows on Monday. 🙁
